Muscle Medic London was created to help keep people at their physical best when performing at their peak. That could mean performance in the gym, excelling at their chosen sport, or just getting though a busy weekend running after the kids(as a parent myself I understand!). My goal is to offer focused, effective and specific massage treatments to keep you moving, whatever that means to you!
I've always been a physical person. Pushing myself in the gym, tackling a triathlon or hiking up a mountain, I've done it, and my body felt it! From this came the desire to learn how to maintain and keep myself moving and to help others in the process.

Level 3 & 4 in Sports Massage
Level 2 in Infection Prevention (COVID-19)
